Yeah, the Dodge just works better for a couple of reasons.

Here's a new shot, using a test car scheme I whipped up. I'm thinking of keeping the contigs sparse on my paints...a few teams in Cup are like that and I think it makes the car look cleaner. Anyway, here's the shot. I should have it and the 1024 version released this week.

Just so you all know I haven't forgotten about this one, here's an update. I finally made a breakthrough with the headlights, which are the one part of the car I have never been totally happy with. They would always look too small or narrow. Here's some shiny new renders with the new lights and shading.

Here's something you guys might find cool; an animation showing the evolution of this template from V.10 to the current and hopefully final version. You can really see the difference that the 2048 template makes.

Yeah I love the new Accord template. The highlights and shading for the grill/lights/rear bumper are really amazing. I'm working on my own ride using it right now, but I did take the grill and put it on one of my already finished Impala's. Nice work guys.

I'm glad you like it. Be sure to post your paint in the Showroom or the Render Request forum when you're done, I'm anxious to see what people come up with on it. I'm especially happy with how the front end turned out. Also, I forgot to mention that the Ethanol decal is mine, too just so nobody thinks I ripped it from the other one that is out there for download. This one is 2048 or can be scaled down to 1024.

Yeah I'll throw it up there when I get more time to work on it tomorrow or the next day. The Ethanol logo is pretty realistic, and high quality as well. Same as all the parts, I'm not sure if I could even paint on 1024 templates. Plus, 2048 is the only res that isn't crappy looking in my game, so all the cars I paint for myself are all that size. Right now I'm using the Cup10's since they have the whole 2011 field done already, but I'm hoping to get back to the Bull after I finish this car up. And yeah, it downloaded on the first try...like everything else I downloaded off here. I'm not quite sure why everyone is having a problem, but I hope it gets sorted out soon. Everyone should enjoy this a lot, thanks again guys.
