petition NASCAR 2011 to the PC

The NR2003 system is superior in that regard because it allows us to set up our own servers and self-police the kind of nonsense that goes on. I'll race online with a private, invitation-only server that has enforced regulations, but I'm not going to on a public server with a bunch of unpoliced little punks that think wrecking everybody is amusing.

Again, sorry to be getting off topic, but iRacing has that as well.

I wouldn't get this game for PC, you would need a beast of a super computer to have a good graphics/framerate balance.

If he's willing to pay for a computer game he'd certainly be able to play iRacing for a short time.

If he has bad speed why would he want a game for the computer?

The OP is asking for a full blown Nascar Sim for the PC. Which iRacing is not.

As a generally pro-NR2003 person, I'm not promoting iRacing. I said above that iRacing does not include the Sprint Cup Cars (or the Nationwide and Truck cars/trucks for that matter), which is a valid reason why somebody doesn't want iRacing, one of two reasons I don't want it.

Nascar 2003 is new "everyday" with all of the people that continue to see it "live on" it is to me "Christmas everyday" with this sim.I agree with David 24 there is just "nothing" new for this sim.........lol now I am being sarcastic.

Nr2k3 is still fine in it's own right and it works very well indeed. And i can race from 1981 through today on all the track they raced at. So i don't see it being outdated except for two things. The wave around and double file restarts, not lap down cars on the inside.

I will race on nr2k3 till my computer breaks. Now if only that gap in years from 1970 to 81 would be filled in

Wave arounds and double file restarts, which they will likely add, will be good for the game. That adds some more strategy into gameplay.

What do you classify as a long time? 8 to 10 years is a Long time, anything short of that isn't.
