Points Manager Problems

I am running on 64 bit Vista. I am trying to get a points manager so that I can simulate seasons offline in nr2003. The problem is, none of them are working for me. I first tried Score 4. When I try to import race results, it gives me a runtime 62 error. I also tried an application called Points Calculator. When I try to import results with it, it gives me a runtime 5 error. Lastly I tried an older version of Race Points Manager. When I try to import the results, it gives me an error: "Unexpected format in race results. Make sure this is an complete and unchaged export file.......etc" I have tried everything I can think of. Is anyone else having this problem???

Jd, I'm running 64 bit Windows 7 and have no issues with Score4. Try right clicking it and hit "run as administrator" and/or going to the properties and running in windows xp compatibility

Thanks for the quick reply. I have tried running as admin and switching to every compatibility mode there is and no luck. Its like there is something wrong with the exported game files. They are exported to the imports/exports folder and then I try to import them into Score4 directly from there and it gives me the runtime error. I have tried this on two seperate machines both of which are running vista. I have also tried downloading it from difference sources and have reinstalled the application several times. I am stumped. :arghh:


ALSO: I know this is an awkward request but could someone post an exported results file from one of their nr2003 races so that I can download it and see if it will work?

THANK YOU! That DID work just fine in Score 4. Now I know there is a problem with the exported files and not my pc. I am going to keep trying to figure something out. If anyone else has any suggestions please let me know.


EDIT: That file looks totally different than the one I am getting does. Am I exporting the right thing? After the race I click results and then export, correct?

After each race I click on results and then when the results come up, I click export.

I would guess maybe the exported file isn't exporting as a .html file. Not sure if it can change but that could be your issue. When I get home later I will do some research to help ya out a little bit.

Thanks both of you for your help. What I was doing was trying to export the results file from the championship season menu. I didn't realize you had to export the file before you exited the race. So I know how to get it to work now, thanks again!

Do you mean standings?

Also make sure that it says session complete before you export for the race. It will not work with just qualifying results.
