Premium Motorsports, they won't race, now they will

According to Mike Wallace, Premium Motorsports' #66 team was not going to make the west coast swing. He also said he did not know when the team would be back on track. That was all last week. Now they have announced they are going to Phoenix and Tanner Berryhill will be making his Cup debut for them. Sounds a bit odd especially if you're going out west with a driver that has no Cup experience.

Vision Racing is paying for Berryhill. Wallace was never promised a full season, the deal was if he made the 500 then they could go as long as the 500 winnings got them, at least unless he found more funding
