Program to edit drivers?

I have recently went and downloaded a ton of fictional cars for various mods. I was curious if there was a program to edit multiple driver names at once. I am wanting to turn all the #3 cars to Dale Earnhardt and all the #6's to Mark Martin, etc.

I know NRatings you can edit the ratings of multiple cars but seems can only edit the drivers names one at a time.

Guessing there isn't a way but thought I would at least ask.

Copy pasting in nRatings is as close as you'll get, as far as I know.
