About the only time you see .psd files for logos is if someone (MasGrafx, Deadpool, Stunod, SRD, etc.) has made it for downloading from their site. The reason for that is because most of the high quality logos out there available by the general masses are either .eps or .ai files because that is what the majority of graphic designers/sign makers use. That's because .eps & .ai files can be opened at any resolution without any degradation. I can open an .eps to be 1" tall or 10' tall and the quality is exactly the same. And really, the only reason to need a .psd is because you either don't want to use some parts or you want to change the colors. Either of those is easy enough to do in either an .eps or .ai file.
Since the Olympics were fairly recent one of These should be easy enough to separate using a 'Magic Wand'.
