PWF PTA mod w/ no CD

Am I missing something basic here about getting the PWF PTA mod to work with the no CD patch?

Installed no-cd some time ago - just re-installed PTA mod (it's been a while) and the PTA mod seems to want the CD...

I run the PTA mod at a league no problamo with no cd.

the PTA utility, not the actual mod... I finally figured out what I was trying to do. the utility that changes the sounds out (which i just need to hear RPMs the fact that it sounds like a high pitched machine instead of a v8 stock car doesnt really matter to me). all is well.
