QCC and Centerline Programs

1) Since the host website is nomore does anyone have or know where I can get the Quick Chassis Changer again? I've spent an hour around google looking for it but every link on every forum leads to the same dead link on the creators site.

2) To even use Centerline I need an xml file for the track I want to edit but, I need to have White Falcon's RhinoScripts (or anyother program that can create xml files from tracks) to do so. Again I can't find it at all either.

no idea about QCC but why use Centerline when Sandbox exists? no need for xml files

Because using xml files would probably actually be easier for me.
