HMS88,

Unless it says it's a gaming laptop my rule of thumb is your not going to handle action games.. If you get past the 2.16Ghz (which is to slow for gaming) the Intel graphics are a killer.. To run any racing game with fair detail or first person shooter, (action game) your going to need a laptop that built for gaming that has a ATI or Nvidia card with it's own memory.. The laptop you provided a link to is more of a e-mail/ web laptop.

Exactly what Wheatenland said. You could OC it, but it would only get to 2.4GHz according to the product page. That's a bottleneck of it's own.

Then, there's the issue with the GPU, or lack thereof. Integrated Intel graphics suck, and won't run the game at a level you want.

And no, you're gonna be stuck with DDR3 RAM. Once DDR4 RAM becomes the norm, you'll be even more behind on that machine. :p

Thanks guys! I guess I didn't do enough research before I bought it.
$199.99 was a great deal though.
