I really want Iracing for my b-day so here's my ?

1.is it worth the $
2.what can you do in iracing
3.do you get all series when you buy the subscription
4.Are there any good leagues for newbies
5.during these special events (aarons 312) how does it work
6.can you paint your own cars
7.if you have a g27 wheel do you need a keypad

1. Thats a personal preference, but in my opinion, yes, but only if you're serious about racing
2. well, um, duh....
3.No,you get Rookie and Advanced legends, Solstice and Spec racer ford, as well as 6 tracks. Again, easily answered in several locations
4. Im sure there are a few, but you'd be better off racing in official series to get up to speed.

John, while you may be able to use a gamepad...I'd definitley recommend finding a Momo or a Driving Force line wheel (Pro or GT) on Craigslist or eBay. Those can run pretty decent pre-owned.

1. If you're a dedicated simracer wanting the most realistic experience then iRacing is worth it.
2. You race, what else do you think you do?
3. You only get three cars when you register and a few tracks.
4. Look around the web for iRacing leagues.
5. These races are the same as any other race, they're just longer distance.
6. Yes you can paint your own cars.
7. You 'd use the G27 not gamepad.
