RAR to PSD

I need someone who can change rar to psd for me because my firewall is screwing up the program. I've tried to fix it, but it won't work. Here is the base from Sim Racing Paints, and if you can do it, my email is bud-man9@hotmail.com. Thanks

Yes, it was Winrar. I've tried everything. I just need someone who can change them for me once in a while.

It isnt changing them, the PSD is inside the RAR.

A rar file is an archive that you have to "unzip" or "unpack" to get the file thats inside it. Its not something that you convert to another file. Theres a bunch of free programs out there that you can use to unpack it.

I found a website online called Wobzip.org, it's free and you download what you want from the .rar.
