RCR Number Sheet?

Does anyone have a number sheet of any kind for the RCR number style? (Bowyer/Harvick's busch cars, Burton's cup cars, etc). I've been trying to find one, and having no luck. If there's no kind of number sheet out there, a decent version of Bowyer's busch car would do fine as well.
