ripping and reposting

i would just like to bring this to attention that there are several people at nnracing.com ripping and or editing and reposting your cars from the new mods, im not saying that they are for sure, but maybe some of you guys can say for sure and nobody seems to be doing anything about it at nnr

I think the second one just has his screenshot with others cars, and some of the cars that were not in the set were his, I don't know though. The other two are rips though, they say it in either a comment or the description.

Then I stand corrected, ripping has always been around, haven't seen much lately but since this new mod has come out, I'm afraid that it's gonna become more apparent.

I noticed that this morning...the sudden explosion of ripping. Honestly, If I see any of my work posted on NNR under a screen name other than my own... I'm gonna go apes*it.

Well I mean I do as pretty much nobody that paints any of these cars has permission to use the logos & numbers & various other trademarks, but other then that I don't see any actual ripping in any of those as credit is given to SRD & EPD (the Shrub one).

If the paintjobs we create are being used elsewhere and claimed as their work, we have every right to send a DMCA takedown notice. Minus the logo's that is our artwork.

Ask trans-am grafix how well that went for them stealing our artwork Their host was very accommodating with our claim.

That's a bit extreme measure to take, as I know muddslide is pretty good at cleaning up the rippers over there now. Hopefully the mods take care of it.

In fairness, it's not the guys who run the place that don't care.

It's the owner Alex who neglects the site.

The guys who run it do the best they can with what little control they have.

I don't want to turn this into another NNR bashing thread again. Blue and muddslide do the best they can with what they have available to them.
