anyone know where i can get a good road america for download? i got 1 from The FSB Online Racing League but i dont really like how that track runs.

The good one is called Road America HR, but both sites i knew it was at are down....

i found the road america-hr track. i like it...has more details. there 1 corner where the slow wayy down (i think its a corner similar to turn 1 at the glen...except its a left turn not right)...and the cars run over each other lol. that looks like its going to be a wicked hard track for the nationwide cars

the only thing i dont like about the high res track, is that you can tell by the track physics it was built for GT cars

it is...just need to tweak the breaking points a bit. im getting close. but i cant, for the life of me, figure out how to keep the field from spreading out so fast...like after 2 laps, 15th place will like 10 seconds back...

anyone know what i can mess with to keep the cars from spreading out so severely? the track is set up for GTP, and i like how everything runs...just not how quick the field spreads out...after 1 lap, 15th place ends up between 10-12 seconds back, and thats kinda dumb. lol

That is a little excessive. However, its fairly common for the cars to get strung out pretty good during a NASCAR road course race. On top of that, your talking about a road course thats 4 miles and change, so 2 laps at Road America are almost like 4 laps at Infineon.
It could probably use a little tweaking but they're not supposed to be stacked like during a plate race.
My guess is your best bet would be to check out your ratings and try working the .ini file.
