From the man himself. The 100 points both driver and owners will be given back as well as his crew chief reinstated. They did however increase his fine from 100K to 150K

It's great that Robby is getting the points back. Wonder how long it took for them to deliberate whether or not to give him all the points. I bet they went in knowing to give points back, but didn't know how many to give back. Great to see 100 pts is worth 50 grand though lol.

Glad to see this issue is now behind us. I am glad that NASCAR has a Rulebook But I think it needs to be re-written so people can follow the rules easier. Just my thoughts.

Couldn't disagree with you more here. Robby's consistently kept his single car operation in the top 35, which for a 1-car owner/driver team is quite exceptional in this day & age. Like him, or hate him, Robby deserves respect for what he's accomplished on his own.
