rookie stripes?

Is it possible to add rookie stripes to a br13 car. Im a noob at painting, and help is appreciated. Thanks

BER templates have rookie stripes as one of the layers. You don't have to manually paint them on.

depending on the paint program you are using you will need to find the layer for rookie stripes and turn it on.

GIMP. It's free, and it is just as good as Photoshop if you have enough experience.

Ok i have gimp. I can open tga files but cant figure out how to open a car file, any advice?
