Sandbox Background Image Help

I found a post (On this website) that showed how to make a background image such as the example below. When I followed the instructions and tried to open the background image, nothing worked. Went back a read it again and still no result. I would had replied to that post but the creators preventing replying. Google searched and didn't find what I was looking for.

How do you exactly make a background image work on Sandbox like you see below?

you need to save it as a mip in the track directory you are working out of.
Yes but even though the original said put it in the "trackmat" folder, nothing happened. Below is what it looks like.

You A, need to save the track then re-open Sandbox for the mips to be listed and 2, you need to save it in the main folder not trackmat.
