    Lap 67

Stops have indeed shaken up the field. Ryan DeCosta will start in the top spot, as Grube and Hawkins start at the tail end of the lead lap, right in front. Towns is 2nd, Isaacs 3rd.

    Lap 69

Isaacs makes quick work of DeCosta to get back out front, though he has 6 lapped cars still filling his windshield.

Said lapped cars may prove to be his undoing, as his failure to clear them has allowed Jeremy Zumwalt to sneak out front

Zumwalt still leads, with Towns lurking in 2nd. Isaacs is stuck in the high groove and is losing spots

It's go time now, and the whole field knows it. JJ Jordan muscles the lapped car of Davis out of the way to claw up to 2nd

Jordan playing a dangerous game of blocking now...swerving high and low to fend off the two lanes of cars behind him...

JB#57: WOO! We got a 6th place finish! Yee haw! It's go time boys. Racing season is starting it's full swing now and it's time to roll. The #57 Brandt Chevy for this Asher Racing group worked like a CHARM tonight. Time to get rid of that horrid rookie season.

"14th for us isn't bad. We had a pretty uneventful day. Jackson in 6th was a great run for him. I'm happy for that group. As for Billy, I don't know what the hell Missimer was doing. He couldn't get slowed up in time, okay...so instead of just turning to the inside and finish slowing down you use one of my cars as a brake for you. Whatever. Billy will bounce back fine. On to next week."

Ugh too much torque in the engine took us out tonight, we'll learn from it and bounce back next week.

Well, we were hoping for a top 10 after qualifying 7th, but we just came up short. We played it safe today, and brought home the number 11 Budweiser Camry in one piece. We'll do better next weekend.

Ryan Cole - "5th is great. Didn't get involved in any trouble. Wes [Slates] and [Ryan] DeCosta both made it in the top 20. Overall that was a good day. Congrats to JJ Jordan, and let's move on to next week."

Dan Busch - "Great run for us with a solid top ten finish. We had a good car but just never could get to the front. The lap cars there at the end really mad it hard for the leaders to really dice it up but I think that worked in our favor and allowed us to move up. I am really excited for Angel too finishing 2nd I thought he had a great shot at winning. And the best news is all three cars came home in one piece. Now on to next week."
