Lap 98: There goes Isaacs around the outside of Busch for 4th. The 32 is 3 tenths better than the leader right now but he is still just over 6 seconds behind. DesRosiers back in the top 10 after using Mahoney as a pick to get around Hooper. They are stuck behind Towianski at the moment, unable to complete a pass.

Lap 100: Isaacs now to 3rd with another outside pass as he flies by DeCosta. The 32 has found something in the upper lane and is really the only driver using it. Caudill still way out in front though, 5.1 seconds ahead of Lennox and 5.7 ahead of Isaacs.

Lap 107: Caudill has really slowed down his pace the last few laps. The 4 car starting to show signs of some handling issues as we are just 60 laps shy of the finish. We've been green the whole race so far and the rubber has built up on the bottom. Lennox is just 3.5 seconds behind now and Isaacs has it down to 3.9. DeCosta still sits in 4th, Slates now 5th, Busch back to 6th, Ahlbrand 7th, Hawkins 8th, DesRosiers into 9th, and Webster has cracked the top 10 running in 10th.

Lap 112: Lennox and Isaacs are closing quick. Actually the whole top 10 is closing in on Caudill. DesRosiers dropped a spot to Webster to fall back to 10th but he is only 5 seconds behind the leader at this point. Lennox and Issacs are just over a second behind as we get ready for another round of green flag stops. The 4 team need some adjustments if they want to continue to dominate this race.

Lap 115: Caudill's lead is gone as Lennox and Isaacs are there. Isaacs to the top in 1 and 2 and he will rocket around Lennox for 2nd and sucks up to the rear bumper of the 4 car in turn 3. We might have a lead change here before pit stops as Isaacs is all over the 4.

Lap 116: Caudill blocks the top so Isaacs takes the bottom in turn 1. Side by side but give it to Caudill off of 2 with the momentum. The outside has come in as we close in on 50 to go. Caudill holds the lead for now as Isaacs and Lennox now have to deal with Nixon as he tries to race his way back onto the lead lap.

Lap 118: Caudill has been blocking the outside but now Isaacs has a good run off of 2 and he will take over the lead. The 32 machine now out in front as Lennox tires to follow. Last weeks winner Wesley Slates has joined this battle up front as well as he tries to go back to back.

Lap 121: Devin Mahoney on pit road as we begin what should be the final stops of the night. The leaders stay out as Caudill drops to 4th.

Lap 122: Grube in to begin stops for the lead lap drivers. 4 tires and fuel and the 85 heads back on track.

Lap 123: Lennox in possibly trying to leap frog into the lead. Other drivers on pit road include Flaitz and Everett.

Lap 124: Caudill comes in for some much needed adjustments for the driver that dominated the first half of the race. DeCosta comes in behind him with Coleman, Laryson, Batson, and Nixon.

Lap 125: Hawkins the next of the lead cars to pit followed by Busch, Joyce, Hooper, English, Craigo, Cole, Ingram, O'Reilly, Scott and Gegner.

Lap 126: Isaacs stays out again with Slates and Webster right on his rear bumper. They'll be losing a lot of time staying out as drivers with new tires will be about a second a lap quicker. Ahlbrand the first to pit here on lap 126. Kunkel and Missimer the other drivers to pit.

Lap 127: Top 2 stay out again as Webster pits from 3rd. DesRosiers, Lounsberry, Towianski, Jordan, and Blanford also in.

Lap 128: Finally Isaacs comes in with Slates right behind him. Harris the last to pit also comes in.

Lap 129: Correction, Cody Llamas the last to pit so that should cycle out the field as we have less than 40 laps to go. Looks like Lennox will cycle into the lead over Caudill and Webster.

Lap 130: Yep Lennox is the race leader over Caudill and Webster. Hawkins is 4th, Busch 5th. Isaacs falls back to 7th after staying out a few extra laps and Slates is down in 10th after doing the same. Lennox with just a half second cushion back to the 4 car. We'll see if Caudill's team got that car back to it's dominant state.

Lap 131: They might have as Caudill has closed right in on the 18 and goes low into turn 1. Race for the lead but give it to Lennox on the outside. Drivers are struggling to make passes on the bottom now that we have so much rubber laid down on that inside line. As they battle Webster closes in.

Lap 133: We've got a race on our hands as 3 cars are under a blanket for the lead into turn 3! Lennox held up by a lapped car and Caudill goes to the outside as Webster thinks about 3 wide but decides better of it. Lennox holds on as he gets underneath the slower car of Llamas. Llamas now holds up Caudill and that lets Webster move into 2nd.

Lap 136: Caudill got held up for a full lap and dropped back a full second from the top 2 as Webster makes a move for the lead into turn 1! Side by side off of 2 and they drag race down the back. Side by side into 3 and Webster pulls ahead, off of 4 and Webster clears, the 95 to the lead with just over 30 laps to go!

Lap 141: Hawkins on pit road for an unscheduled stop. Another loose wheel is what we're hearing as we have trouble on track in turn 3. 2 cars hard into the wall. Flaitz and Scott have crashed in turn 3 but they stay straight and we stay green. Replay shows Flaitz turning into the right rear of the 20 as they entered turn 3. Not sure what the deal was but it sent both cars up the track and hard into the outside wall. Scott's car is toast and Flaitz has heavy front and right side damage. Scott pulls of track while Flaitz pits and will limp around the track to try and finish the race.

Lap 143: Farrell to pit road for a scheduled stop. Up front Webster holds just a 4 tenth lead over Lennox who is now trying to hold off Caudill for 2nd. DesRosiers is up to 4th with Slates running 5th. They are 4 seconds behind the top 3 and will likely not be a factor without a caution.

Lap 148: Webster has hit the afterburners and rocketed out to a 1.5 second lead over Lennox and Caudill as they race up on the lapped car of JJ Jordan. Lennox goes to the outside and now Caudill makes it 3 wide on the bottom! Caudill to 2nd with an excellent 3 wide pass. He's got a lot of ground to make up in a short amount of time if he wants to win this.

Lap 153: Caudill is losing ground as he is now 2 seconds behind the leader. Webster has also put 4 lapped cars between himself and Caudill as we have just 15 laps to go. Slates has moved into 4th with Isaacs 5th but they have fallen over 5 and a half seconds behind and need a caution to have a shot at this.

Lap 156: Caudill having trouble getting around Everett and Lennox will take advantage. The 18 back to 2nd as he goes top shelf of the 4 car. Webster is long gone out to a 2.6 second lead now. This one may be over.

Lap 161: 7 to go for Webster and we have a caution! 2 cars up into the wall in turn 3 and one of them is spinning down the track! Our first caution of the race comes out with just under 10 laps to go. A much similar incident to the one just a handful of laps ago. Blanford just turned down into Hawkins going into 3 like he wasn't there. They both went up into the wall and Hawkins spun. Caution is now out with Webster the leader.

Lap 162: Pit road opens and no one comes in. We will restart single file as we are under 10 to go. Webster with a timely pass of Flaitz who is way off pace and will line up just behind the 95. Flaitz will likely hold up the cars behind as we restart.

Lap 164: Caution lights out on the pace car, 1 to go for the field. Webster trying to close out here at Kansas.

Lap 165: Green flag with 3 laps to go! Webster already 3 car lengths a Flaitz is very slow on the restart! Gegner gets around and so does Lennox as Caudill gets bottled up behind the 92. Webster is gone as they head down the back. 2 to go at the line for Webster!

Lap 166: A 1 second lead and a lapped car between the top 2 as Webster is just 3 miles away from victory at Kansas. Caudill has finally worked his way around the 92 but it dropped him to 5th as Slates and DesRosiers worked by the 4 car. Webster a clean lap and now he sees the white flag in hand.

    White.png

Lap 167: White flag for Zack Webster! The 95 team started way in the back and raced there way to the front under green flag conditions. They didn't take the lead until after the final pit stop but the 95 team have a great piece here this weekend. Webster rounds turns 3 and 4 and the checkered flag waves! Zack Webster wins at Kansas!
