Depends. For one, the track will make a difference as to what adjustments to make. Also, it depends on whether your tight everywhere, or entry and/or exit of particular turns or all the turns. You can always start with the easier things like air pressures and the trackbar. Getting into the other things like spring rate, camber, etc... is going to depend more on the track and banking your dealing with. Those components will deal more with the specifics of the turns such as entrance/exit and turning the center.
There are some setup guides around you might want to check out if you dont know exactly how each component affects the car. It would be way too much to type up in a post. Its a good thing to have to aid you in tweaking your setups.

racelinecentral.com has a pretty decent setup guide. You can definatly try raising the trackbar a bit but you might also want to try and lower the spring rate a little in the right front. That should free you up through the center and on exit. You could also add some to the right rear spring but that might not help the tire wear as much.
Check out the guide and it should help you some with the adjustments. Just dont adjust too many things at once. Your better off trying one thing at a time so you can keep track of exactly how the chassis is reacting to each adjustment.
