I'm guessing by looking at the Nationwide thread that we'll be starting a week later. I'll put up a race thread when he does.

Looks like we'll be racing later today. I may just qualify today and run the race tomorrow (my day off). Scott, don't worry, I'll paint a placeholder for you until you can get a truck painted up.

So, i can edit older car and truck files but not the 2015truck mod...is there a patch or something to correct this....just wondering or are the newer car files not compatible with the old paint shop in nr2003

The only series compatible with the ingame paint booth is OG Cup.

So our next race, Martinsville, is tied in with the National Series weekend, so we'll run it when they do.

Reza Maulana to Return For The Second Half of the Season

After a rather incident-marred first season that saw him taking a surprise top 5 finish at Armory Digital, the Indonesian driver was unable to secure a seat early in the 2018 season as Speed Demon Racing, the team that Maulana competes with last season, was forced to shut down before the season begin due to lack of funding. Despite this, Maulana was determined to find a way to race in SRD Camping World Trucks this season, and starting from last week, rumors began to circulate in the paddock that Maulana is attempting to return for the second half of the season.

Earlier today at Memphis, Maulana held a sudden press conference to confirm the rumors that he is returning for the second half of the season. Maulana is able to secure enough funding to form his own team, Reza Maulana Racing, which will be his entry for the upcoming races. He will field a fleet of Chevrolet Silverados operated from his new base at North Carolina. To the surprise of the journalists, Maulana revealed that his sponsors for this season's entry is Japanese animation studio giant Toei Animation. While Maulana doesn't reveal which Toei Animation anime series that will sponsor him, it's heavily rumored that the Pretty Cure (also known as Precure) franchise, which is currently celebrating it's 15th anniversary, that will become Maulana's sponsors for the 2018 season; although some also rumored that the Dragon Ball franchise will become Maulana's sponsor instead.

Maulana has said that his truck will be revealed soon.

    Maulana Reveals his 2018 Truck:

The day after J.R. Franklin won the sixth race of the season at Memphis in a dominating season, Reza Maulana held a press conference to reveal the #98 Chevrolet Silverado that he will race for the rest of the season. It is revealed that Maulana will run under the Pretty Cure franchise banner, which currently is celebrating its 15th anniversary. To the surprise of the journalists, his truck features a split-scheme, with a white primary color with a light blue secondary color on the left side of the truck and a black primary color with a pink secondary color on the other side.

Maulana himself has said that the truck is split-scheme to honor the the heroines from the original show in the franchise: Nagisa Misumi aka Cure Black and Honoka Yukishiro aka Cure White. When asked where did he get the inspiration for the scheme, Maulana said that his team took inspiration from Japanese racing series Super GT's famed Hatsune Miku Good Smile Racing Mercedes AMG GT3 car. In addition, he also jokingly said that he hopes none of the other spotters will get confused by the split-scheme, saying that the itasha-style scheme will be a clear giveaway for his Chevrolet Silverado regardless of which side its viewed on.

This scheme is expected to run all of the next six races of the season.
