Hey guys, remember April when we went a few weeks without results? We might have to do that again for the next couple weeks.
I know it's just about the worst time possible with the Chase coming up, but I'm running into a lack of availability issue again. Results will be posted when they are ready, but at this point I cannot predict exactly when that will be.
Just like earlier in the season, new race weekend threads will still be opened on a weekly basis.

182. Big rebound after that lethal mistake in Indy PickEm.

The belated results from Pocono go a little like this.
The field of 62, just like the week prior at Indy, did pretty well. Scores were distributed around an average of 179.81 points, making it fitting that 37 broke 175. Only the top 4 reached the lofty 200 mark. This week's winner crossed the finish line sporting a healthy 206, with the name FloridaFan88 gracing the roof line. For FloridaFan88, the win couldn't have come at a better time. Sitting back 23rd in points, a boost like a win was just what was needed to have a sniff at making the Chase.
Speaking of the Chase, last year's Chase winner roostmotor87 came home in 2nd place, earning a similar look at making this year's Chase. In 3rd was Pabig93, with taz1458 in 4th, and Devin41 rounding out the top 5.
Congrats to FloridaFan88 on the win!

Not a lot of movement in the upper echelon of the points standings. antknee10 remains atop the standings stretching out his lead a bit to 57 over 2nd place ShadowKnight508. 2009 series champ DannyM creeps a little closer but remains in 3rd place. johnp and rockmoon26 swap 4th and 5th with johnp now 4th and rockmoon26 now 5th.
The all important Chase cut-off is becoming something to watch. This week's winner FloridaFan88 carries the checkered flag from 23rd all the way to 14th, just 13 points out of 10th. Before finishing 2nd at Pocono, defending champ roostmotor87 was a similarly distant 17th, but now finds himself 12th and on the literal doorstep of the Chase just 4 points behind a tie for 10th. racingkid39 jumps into the Chase from last week's 11th, pushing the battling Bickersons ChandlerTyson and hijinxtatto - still tied for the 2nd straight week - down to 10th.
Rookies, whom I've neglected in recent weeks, have stepped up their game with the Chase nearing. Rookie leader Kenny moves up to 13th just 7 back of the Chase. Kenny's lead increases slightly to 19 over 2nd place ChevyMan150. thisguy remains 3rd with canadienhits 4th and a tie between blueman and CpPolar268.
