Standing starts

I am trying to figure out if there is a way to make standing starts at road courses. I saw a line at Nurburgring track ini where it says "set to 250 for standing starts". I set to 250 and it not only doesnt do a standing start, the pace car goes 250 which is hilarious to watch.

Any ideas will be appreciated
