SurePoint Medical

I was hoping someone could help me out with this logo. I need the SurePoint Medical.com logo and the little be sure to test circle below it. I've searched but can't find any decent one to use.

After a quick google search, it appears that the best way would be to make the logo.

Any ideas on the fonts? I know the Medical.com one but I could use a hand with SurePoint and be sure to test. Thanks.

I got some help with the SurePoint logo but I still can't find a font for besuretotest.
