Talladega Tigher Packs Help

I have found soo many way on getting tighter packs and i've tried them. And the start the pack is ok, but on lap 2 or even lap 1, the AI would spread out all over the track very quick in which creating gaps and breaking the pack. How can I fix this? This track is on Talladega_2009_Kr or as in talladega revamped 2009.

My SS track ratings for everyone is 75/100 and they stay right together except for a random stray that happens even at 100/100. Also are you at atleast 90% ai strength? The higher that number the closer and longer the ai stay together.
