Tazz's 2006 Fusion Temp

Does anyone know where I can get, or send me a copy of Tazz's 2006 Ford Fusion temp? Smokin' Grafix doesn't have it up anymore, and I lost it when my HD got scratched. Any help would be appreciated.

You wouldn't be able to have the 2048 version would you? I wouldn't mind getting that as well if you have it, if not, not a problem at all.
