Template Question

I may sound like an idiot, but I honestly don't know. I noticed on the new templates there are "dots". What are these for? I've never seen them on any other template.:unsure:

if you mean the yellow circles around the car, theyre inspection stickers. it shows that the section fits the cot template restrictions i guess, theyre usually the same color as where theyre placed tho, so u dont notice them very often.
