Ok I know the the nws has all the physics engines for the mod. I downloaded the gns and cup ones. Other then the cup ones being a few seconds faster a lap. What is the difference? I am sorry If I don't know. I also searched.

The stability and weight are also affected by the mod selection. The GNS cars are much lighter, thus, they are more prone to flipping than the cup cars.

Basically, the GNS physics are based off of the Busch cars from 2003. Less horsepower, smaller wheel base, and lighter.

Ok I guess that makes sense now. I was wondering why I could turn so good. But yet my lap times were slower. I knew the real nation wide cars had less hp. I just didn't figure out it was in the game.

I feel like a total noob.

So how are the PTA physics compared to the Cup physics? I prefer PTA for my road racing mods and I've not noticed too much of a difference save for another gear.

I think that, besides using 6 gears, they're the fastest and turn the best.

So GNS physics makes the cars more prone to flipping? AWESOME!

You can also disable roof flaps in the player.ini to make them even more prone to flips.

Celtic, the PTA physics are less horse power, but much, much lighter, with a wider wheelbase, which allows for much better cornering, You can run much, much, much faster on roadies with PTA than any other physics set, obviously.

And, obviously, the 6 gear transmission helps immensely.

Think I saw a chart of the various phsyics somewhere and what they were, anyone know where to find it? It was lurking around the ARCA '12 stuff if I remember right, came as a picture
