Track editing question

My question is how do I make the edges transparent for example track logos. When I put a layer around a track logo and go to upload it in winmip it loads the box but its all white, no logo. And when I use papybmp, it has the transparent layer but when I go to load the track it says "track could not load" So what do I have to do to get it to work. Also how do I change/add logo to the walls? I'm trying to do some further updates to tracks so any help would be great.

I'll check it over but its the mip files that are giving me an issue.

Figured it out, now I just need to learn how to change and put logos on the walls.

New problem, I have made new grass logos but when I go to load it, the loading circle keeps spinning but never saves the bmp to a mip, it does this with every logo that has the _ti part with it. When I load it in Winwip2 I click the Transp. Map button and then Winwip2 crashes saying Runtime Error The parameter is incorrect. Also the logo before under the mip type box were 10, the new logos only let me pick types 3, 5, and 11, and 10 doesn't show up. I didn't even change the size of the originals either. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

I can't get that figured out either for track surface decals so if you figure it out let me know lol.

Fixed it, I didn't save the _ti files as 16 bit, I did now and it worked.

New issue, I can't figure out how to edit the concrete walls, only the softwalls.
