Trouble with SMS Lobby

About 8 months ago I got SMS Lobby. Everything was running fine (races were loading, hardly any lag, etc.) However ever since about January every time I try to open a race it takes me straight to the BR2011 mod and goes to options. Then it goes to multiplayer and says... "Session closing...Must have Gen6BR mod to race in this session." I've tried to delete all mods (back them up of course) but still it takes me to options saying "session closed" no matter what mod or track. I have also tried re-installing it 5 or 6 times and running as administrator. It's a Windows 7 computer and like I said it was working about 8 months ago but it just stopped working all of a sudden. If you could help that would be great. I've searched and searched but, nothing. Thank you

Check the options tab and make sure your directory and player are correct.

Thanks! Well, that worked. However, now it's saying "opening modem device" when my connection is to wi-fi (Full Bars) What do I do?!
