If the trucks would go to dirt, all the adjustment they would really need is dirt tires, similar to a late model tire, and a slanted splitter/nose similar to what you see on some lates. also, teams may have to remove or trim down the right side to allow the body to roll over with the softer suspension setup for dirt, other than that the cars should not be a problem as cars with similar chassis designs race regularly on dirt tracks everywhere
also, this would be a great time for some of the higher-class dirt teams to land a ride or build a truck for this race, you could potentially see guys like Brett Hearn, Rick Eckert, Matt Sheppard, Decker, Schatz, Kinser, Etc. in cars for this race
