Hey I need some helps with getting the trucks right. I have only got Lowe's right now but whenever I get into the turns or am getting out the back end keeps slipping out. I went to the Garage tab but have no clue what any of the stuff does. Any help would be appreciated for helping the back stay straight.

Thanks :)

Before I give you possible solution - what kind of racing wheel you got?

I had same problem with that when I bought the truck. I figured out why I kept doing that at straight and exiting turns - I hit gas too hard that cause tire spinning. So, I learned to take easy on gas.

Till.... I read on iRacing forum and learned about Logitech G25's setting (not related to problem I'm having with truck). So I fixed the G25 settings and my steering improved LOT. So, I decided to try truck and my spinning out at Lowes reduced! Even I slammed gas pedal and did not spin out. Well, I do feel some little loosen, but can manage it.

If your racing wheel is G25, I can give you instruction how to adjust the wheel settings.

Here's my G25 settings as well.

No Logitech Profiler all through Control Panel
101% FFB
900 degrees rotation - no reason to use anything else, iRacing auto adjusts per car to create linear steering no matter the actual lock to lock.
Everything else at 0% and unchecked centering spring.

In sim - 3%

My settings are simple, but it feels comfortable.

Edited to add rather than create a new reply-

I have been experiment few setting - mainly on FFB. I found it interesting... I tested it on SK modified because I'm going to focus on Oval license (I passed 3.00 on Road! Yay!) at Martinsville....

I set FFB at 107% per the link I provided, I ran about 20.750 to 20.900's and spun out few times. I set it down to 100% FFB, same lap time and more spun out. Then I went back to my original setting at 50% FFB and ran 20.200's to 20.400's - no spin out.

I wondered why...

Ok I will have to try out what was on the link and some experimenting. Also thanks marcus for your feedback on what you use.

I just spent all weekend fooling around with Silverado on several tracks. I noticed that Silverado is very loose on few tracks: Lowes, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Michigan, and The Milwaukee Mile. And Silverado is very easy to drive on Daytona, Bristol, Martinsville, and New Hampshire.

On "loose tracks" I have learned to use gas very carefully - not to slam gas at every exiting turns that can cause spin outs. However, I'm still struggle with steering - if I turn the steering lightly, I can cause a serious oversteer. *sigh*

I downloaded Daytona yesterday - it's AWESOME track, with BUMPS on turns. It feel real bumps - not same as Revamped's Day/Night Daytona track, but realistic bumps.
