TV Overlay Addon for NR2003

i hope anyone can help me, i´m looking for a new overlay addon for nr2003.
i saw in youtube there´s a video with a fox overlay

Its not an add-on. It is edited in to a video recroding. As far as my knowledge it is impossible with this game.
