One, is it possible to change AI settings so when they blow a tyre of suffer a suspension problem there is more chance of them spinning out?

Two, is it possible to put in a opening movie of some sorts to NR2003? I read somewhere a while back that you can change a file into a "bik" file or something so it works in game?

1) No. They're hardcoded to get out of the way when they have a massive issue. Also, a tire blow out on a stock car is more likely to prevent the driver from turning, not spin out.

2) Yes. Go to this site:

Bink Downloads

And get the RAD video tools. There is a .bik converter contained within the program. You can only have one intro though, so you will end up replacing the "Sierra Mountains" video clip (unless you combine it and the other video).

Not true, there is something in the papy_ai file that has to do with tyre blowouts, have no idea what it is, but its in there.

Hmmm, I'll have to toy around with it at some point to see how to do that.

Are you talking about:
base_tire_failure_coeff = 25.5 ; * traction circle = adj. traction circle

The only other parameter attached to tire failure is frequency.
