Wardog Template help?

I try opening his TPTCC Templates in PSP7 and they say that they aren't a valid psp file. Can someone open theses files and save them in and older version psd file for me please?

Nissan Skyline GTR
Camaro
Mustang GTR
Audi A4 DTM
