Weekly Contingencie work sheet

Hey guys i was wondering if ya'll can help me locate a decal worksheet i once had. It was a weekly contingencie worksheet with a ton of little decals of diffrent sizes. I think it was once at short track sim but it is not there now.

BLD2 DECALS_psd.psp
STC bld NASCAR ELITE SERIES DECALS.psd
STC bld WEEKLY RACING CONT DECALS.psd
(first one has the most)
Any of those sounds familiar?
