Got my kids who are 9 and 13 to come stay at my new place this week for the fist time sense I moved from Key West three months ago. Best present I could get. Think also I might go buy myself some Daytona tickets for my present to me. lol

The bank bought me a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with 6+ car garage, 3 acres of land located about a mile from city limit, but within 100 yards of county fairgrounds. House came with new carpet, hardwood, painted, roof, appliances, furnace, hottub, porch, concrete pad, yard shed. (Guy put a lot of money into it, visited Arizona and decided he wanted to live there, instead. Friend of family gave us $30,000 off of value of house.)

I just said I'd repay them, damn.
