Whelen Mod Supported??

Is the Whelen mod supported here? I wanted to ask before I put in a request.

And also NCTS09 isn't supported here just because of Rioux helping on it. Just thought I'd clear it up too. (Which is soooooo stupid since it's not even one of his mods, Sorry Matt & The other moderators but that was dumb in eyes, but nothing i can to change that. Which i admit.)

I've said it before and I'll say it again. If Denis and or Todd so much as clicked their mouse to help with a mod, SRD isn't supporting it.

FYI. Denis did all the scripting,LOD's, and damage models, he did a little more than just helping out with it. And I'm pretty sure Todd cut,copied and pasted the templates together.

I hope you feel better now that you have your opinion off your chest. You are more than welcome to show off your work of mods we don't support anywhere you want. Just not here.

I understand it now. I wasn't aware Rioux did alot more on NCTS09. And don't worry Matt, i follow the rules unlike some people do.

Actually all Todd did was cut, copy, and paste very few textures. LOL The original templates were made by Wardog and they are dam fine templates. I understand Matts views towards the mod thats why I've never had a prob with it but lets everyone get this clear today. The NCTS09 belongs to Om3gA Racing not Denis and Todd. Kinda like hiring a lawyer to oversee buying a house, but they certainly arent going to live in it.

SRD mods are pretty damn good, if you ask me, and anything they support is pretty awesome. They also have an answer really fast if you ever have a question and never leave you hanging.

To try to get things slightly back on topic, there is currently a 2011 WMT carset being worked on by a dedicated group of painters that will be using all new scratch made templates. It should far and away be the most detailed Modified carset released and you should all look forward to it.

And also (not sure if it was posted it here or not) but the 2011 WMST carset was released a few weeks ago.

Yes, we have no timeline on when it will be done, but rest assured it will be of the highest of quality. I have not had a chance to complete any of my cars since I have been busy and working on ARCA cars, but I have most of the numbers and logos made that I will need so the process should go quickly.

Are the new templates available for download?

There is only one template currently finalized, the others are in the process of getting finished up. I am not personally making the templates so I am not sure if they will be up for download.
