I believe the difference between the two is minimal. But i can't really be sure as i never compared their effectviness.

Incorrect. There's no rules stating that we can't discuss torrents. We can't, however, discuss piracy and wares, but we all know that the BitTorrent is nothing more than a technology that is perfectly legal.

The clients themselves ARE LEGAL. Some of the things they are able to do are not.
