Ok guys, heres my problem. I'm looking at buying a steering wheel so I can start racing online and, so I can ger rid of the controller I use. Only catch is I have no idea which one to get. I have two choices right now

1.) The Logitech G25 - $299.99
2.) The Logitech MOMO - $103.99

both are sold at bestbuy while the MOMO is cheaper I have that they break easily is this true ? Because while it would be nice to have a stainless steel steering wheel that turns 900° and has a clutch it is $300 and that is a lot of money.

if anyone wants to suggest other wheels for me to look into as well, feel free.
BTW I'm going to use this primarily for NR2K3 and ASR when it comes out.

I have both. The Momo is nice, but the G25 is the BALLS!

The G25 feels and drives better. The shifter(s) are nicer and the wheel is a bigger dia.

Hands down the G25 is a better buy:cute:

I've got the Black momo, and I have no complaints. Really smooth, drives well. Both wheels are more than adequate to run NR2003.

I'm actually using a Thrustmaster Nacar pro (older) that I found on Ebay for cheap. It works perfectly and seems to be much more substantial than some of the MOMO that I checked out at the store. If this wheel should die I would get the G25 based on all that I have read. Good luck with the wheel hunt.

I have a Black MOMO and I wouldn't trade it for anything. Drives great, and is priced good too.

Both Logitek models are very good, it boils down to how much you're willing to spend. The G25 is very nice but in the bang for your buck catagory, the Momo can't be beat. I've been using mine forever with no problems.

I've had the Black Momo for years now and love it. The only downside to them is the pedals. I bought the stores extended warranty/replacement plan and have taken back when the pedals died and got a new one and re uped the plan for $15. Was well worth the money that way. Get a new one every year whether I needed it or not lol

I got the G25 myself. The only complaint is the shifter...shift to first the first time, it won't work for some odd reason. I found my way around it by using first gear as reverse gear, leave second untouched, third as first, fourth as second, fifth as third, sixth as fourth and the reverse gear untouched (the one where you have to push the shifter down and into 6th gear). You'll get the idea.

Other than that, it's a very good wheel...and I got mine for $250 at Provantage!
