Why have my saved replays disappeared?

I had 7 replays that I've saved, from awesome wrecks to full races, and I just went to look at one of them and I only have two that show up now. If I go to the replay folder in my NR2003 directory it shows all of them, yet when I go to the replay studio there's only two. Any suggestions?

You have to have the correct series selected in the game before going to the replay studio. Like if you saved the replay from a BR2011 race than the main screen needs to be BR2011. Hope this is clear to understand.

Not sure really, but I've had a similar problem with replays from tracks that I deleted out of the game not working, but they're all there.

Yep. They aren't actual videos, but are just recordings of the positions, speeds, etc.. In order to view them, you need to have the mod (required), track (required) and carset (not mandatory, but you'll have blank cars) that were used for it to work properly.

Yeah everything is there it just tells me that the replay can't be loaded- kinda like when it tells you it can't load the track and it cancels the weekend, except the replay is what's canceled.

What's REALLY odd about it...... I just loaded the replays that gave me the issue so I could put the exact message that came up.... but those replays actually loaded.... so I don't know what it is, maybe the game just didn't feel like loading them haha

It's because you have to have every single car file and track that a race replay had. If any one thing get's messed with, like deleting a car file that was in a particular race, or not having the exact track, it won't load.

I've had a probelem where I renamed the .DAT files of the Sprint Cup mods (same .dat file name) and I lost the replays from one mod, but i found them in another mod.. Sounds confusing but here's what happened in depth:

I download the mod, I tried to extract it to my Series folder and it asked me if I wanted to replace it...

I wasn't sure why it asked me that, since I haven't previously downloaded it... I realized that both BR mods had the same .DAT file -_-

I wanted to race online with my buddies so I renamed the Sprint Cup (2009 Wing) .DAT file to "Sprint Cup Wing"... After that I could extract Sprint Cup 2010 w/o Winrar asking me to replace anything...

But... When I went to the replay studio in Sprint Cup Wing, none of my replays were there... So I go in my Sprint Cup (not remaned) mod and find all my replays from Sprint Cup Wing in the 2010 mod...Strange... How do I fix this? I want to keep the .DAT files the same, but i want my Wing replays in the Sprint Cup wing mod...
