Why do i have to re-log on after some idle time... even if I am reading something and I go to change to the next page it says I'm not registed

its like it times out my log in

Make sure you are checking the box that says "Remember me?". If you are, then your browser isn't holding the cookie. You might try clearing your cookies or trying another browser to see if you still get the same issues.
