WINMIP2 Troubleshooting

I want to create some mainbacks but I cannot get Winmip to work. I am currently running Windows 7. Any tips?

My only tip is get rid of windows 7. Nothing ever works quite right on 7 and vista. Its a proven fact at this point, no matter what kind of program or software, theres almost always problems with vista and 7. XP all the way. Just my .02.
Other than that I have no idea. Unless theres a version or some kind of fix for 7, you might be out of luck.

Thanks for the info Ryan. I didn't think about that. My laptop is running 7, but my desktop is running XP. I will try it that way.

or you can try and set XP compatibility mode for WinMip

I did try that but it still said I was missing a file. I got it to work on my desktop.

search for that missing file with google. you'll probably be able to download it with a readme, so you'll know where to put that specific file

I got the .dll file from the site where I got winmip2. Everything works good now. Thanks guys!!!
