piss me off. they go repair their cars, then drive around 30 mph slower than everyone else...which shouldn't be a problem, but they don't move out of the way. they just block everyone, which ultimately causes wrecks

Check to see if the track folder contains a "limp.lp", not every addon trackmaker includes one. Cars that are experiencing problems will usually follow this lp, which (if made properly) should be out of the general racing line.
