Released 25 minutes ago from the Whitney Motorsports Facebook page:

#81 Whitney Motorsports will have J.J. Yeley racing in a 1 race deal this weekend at Dover, We are experimenting this year with a 2nd team in a 5 of the 9 last races, and hope for it to carry on and maybe become a full time team next year. Both Whitney Motorsports cars (#46 and #81) will be running Dodges this weekend.

Prolly a S&P but still kinda cool to see a 1st year team expanding already.

I don't really think it's cool, but it's their money, so let 'em go at it. Look at Front Row. They haven't had the greatest cars, but they have something to work with. Ever wonder if they would have done better with just 1-2 cars instead of 3? I mean, competition-wise, they're racing the same chassis and engines the Roush and Petty camps run. So they aren't driving bad cars. We need to get back to basics on that. Field one team (maybe two) and make sure they're stable before you start expanding. This exact thing happened to Childress. Now, they've cut one car, and they're almost the odds-on favorites for the championship. And that's one of the best teams in NASCAR.
